I see it on many stickers including mine, but what is Control Sales Item 89 & 100.

I googled "CONTROL SALES ITEM NO. 89" and got over 3,700 results returned... page one results appear to be for a variety of Gm made cars.... must be some common part. Same with "CONTROL SALES ITEM NO. 100". Probably something really common like a jack, or some internal part of the door or something really obscure.
