Picked up my new 2SS today!
I was driving to a training class for my work last Thursday down a road I dont usually go down and I saw a 2SS out on the lawn of the local Chevy dealer
well I hadnt planned on getting one this early but it was the color I wanted, the tranny I wanted, stripes like I wanted and was for MSRP with 7 miles on it and still in the plastic after 6 days of excruciating waiting I got the car today, put about 70 miles on it, its awesome, acceleration/braking/handling= amazing! I cant say enough good things about it, simply put its the best car ever!  Options include- 6 speed automatic, 20" polished wheels, black stripe pack, car cover (which is very cool!), body color painted engine cover = $2,770 total options Steve Baldo Chevrolet was awesome too, they didnt prep the car per my request, I removed all the plastic and build sheets to keep, they also didnt drill holes in my bumper cover for the front plate per my request The car had to be outsourced to get the stripes installed and they gave me a dealer plate and let me drop it off and pick it up  awesome service, they kept me informed at every step and the owner of the dealership came out to introduce himself and even gave me a 1/64 yellow & black Camaro from his own collection oh and when they installed the yellow engine cover they left me keep the old one.................... couldnt be happier If anyone is interested Steve Baldo Chevrolet in North Collins NY currently has a red V6 (not sure of the package sorry) for MSRP, they have a silver M6 1SS on the way for sticker and they can order 2 more Camaros if anyone is interested sorry about the quality of the first pics I took them with my cell

Awesome looking car. Sounds like you are happy you did it. Those stripes look great. Too bad all dealers don't treat customers like yours did.

That is just great!!!! The engine cover in matching yellow is really nice. I like that a lot.
Stripes look great too.
