Waiting is no fun

Hi All,

I placed my order a few weeks ago for a 2013 1LT RS, black with cyber gray racing stripes. It is already driving me nuts waiting.

I got my order status today (thanks Becky!) which is 3000 status TPW 10/29. For other members who have ordered how long did it take from your TPW date to reach the dealer? Or how likely it is that the TPW will change? Or is it all just unpredictable? I am hoping to get the thing home before the snow/salt hits the streets.

I am new to the forum but have gotten a ton of information off this site already before ordering my camaro. Great site!!

Ooh geez it's been so long I forgot all this stuff. Back in 2009 all the cars were later than expected, some way later than others. Mine was a month later than expected.

I waited about two hours untill I could drive it home,......oh wait.......I bought mine right off the dealer lot, and it is exactly what I would have ordered! I did however drove to about three different lots until I found the one I wanted.
Once I saw it, it felt like forever until I got to drive it home a few hours later

It took mine about 8 weeks... for the 13. I drove the 12 off a dealer's lot.

It took 8 1/2 months from the time I ordered to the time I took delivery. A few weeks is nothing.

Yes waiting for a new Car to show up is painful ,but the day they call you and say" it's here" will make all of that worth it. Congrats on your hotrod early.

4 1/2 months for a 2013. If the wait is the same for me that will put it right in the middle of winter.
