Help Camaro ss 2010

Hi Guys im new here i have a question if you can help me
I drive a Camaro ss 2010 it has long tube headers, Cai, tuned and the last month i put a Cam kit 230/242 i don't know much about this what stage is that cam? how many hp do you think that my car has? what stall i need? i need something else on the tranny? with the cam the engine life becomes shorter? thank for your comments

Well i do not know the details about that cam, but what i do know for sure is that if you have not retuned your car after a cam...you need to do that

yes i retune the car the guy that put the cam told me that was a 230/242 .620 .620 109 109 lsa these where the numbers that he gave me but honestly i do not know much about this
