Snow Tires: Studded or Non-studded

Hi Everyone, just wondering what your thoughts were. I want to buy snow tires this week. I live in central Pennsylvania and we do get snow. I'm trying to decide between studded or non-studded snow tires. Which would you buy? Will I be ok with non-studded, or should I get the studded?

STUDDEDD TIRES ARE ONLY GOOD ON ICE, THEY ADD NOTHING tO SNOW DRIVING

no point in paying extra for studs
IMO, of course.

IMO if you need to put studs in you bought the wrong winter tire.
