Upper OD pulley

I do not understand why the 2.85 upper pulley at Jannetty is OD? The chart says it is stock.

smaller pulley on the supercharger increases the rpm and boost...just as the larger crank pulley/hub does the same

Yes I know all that. It is saying 2.85 is the OEM size, but they sell a 2.85 saying it is over drive? That dose not make sense.

Changing the upper would be better to get 5% over rather than the bottom going though all that work, also warranty the upper would not look different.

Anybody know what the OEM size upper diameter is?
