Had a few dealer hic cups but my Inferno Orange Camaro comes home tomorrow.
Hope to have some beach pics of it.

enjoy! the car is fun indeed.
Get used to people at lights asking you to roll down your window and ask you how you like it? Or just looking over and saying WOW, with their window closed.

You lucky dog! Savor every minute of it!!
I have at least 2 more months to wait. I just might have to go back to the dealer for another test drive to ease the pain! LOL!!

Thanks guys, you have helped ease my pain. I'm told if you order now you may have to wait till December. And people are willing to pay over MSRP for one.
Maybe thats why the dealer didn't notify me when it came in last week and tried to screw with me on my written price.
Been Pi$$ed for two days now but I'm sure all will be better when I get in her and cruise to the CT shoreline.

Think I got a serious case of Permagrin.
MPG readout said 23.7 from the factory driving it through the lots, I figured that can't be right, so I filler up re-set it and drive down Rt 81 through killingly and the readout goes 17.5, 19.2 22, then 26.6!
Wow can't wait to breaker in. These are back roads with winding curves and rotaries with a 45 mpg limit.

What dealer ?. You should let Camaro5 members know who to stay away from. Your dealer sounds like a JERK.

I thought about it and decided not to mention them. Its not the Avon dealer though.
My salesman Was Honest and up front with me all the way, it was just his Mgr that was the Jerk.

Congrats on the car.....but if you order now you'll get the car as early as October. LOTS of Allocation to the dealers SELLING them.....Those SITTING on them, well, too bad so sad - lose the Mark up!

I bought my CGM 1LT/RS from Richard Chevrolet. Tim Wedge was great when it came to being straightforward with the price and arrival time. He knew me being on this forum that I would know the exact date that mine arrived.

I can see your dissapointment when it comes to them not selling to you but I also see their need to help out their local customers that ordered from them and are awaiiting their order.

Ive waited 3 months for my car, and I heard that the current wait is close to December now.. but I would tell anyone to just order now... and put in your time.
