Top Warranty Period

Does anyone know what the top warranty period is? I had assumed it was 3 years/30,000 miles. I was surprised to get an email from Chevy stating my warranty was almost up. I have owned the car since April 2011 and have 8,000 miles on it.

I wrote back to the email I recieved from the dealer extended warranty rep. and he never responded.

Warranty is 3/36 and starts when you take delivery. Some have been given extended warranties from GM due to their top problems.

Average mileage for most is 15k. For most that's about 2 years. Most of these letters are computer generated so this about the right time for a daily driver !

I can check your warranty information, if you would like. Just send me your VIN and mileage and I will be happy to assist.
