2013 Dual mode (NPP) exhaust possible to close at idle?

My new Camaro with the NPP exhaust still hasn't been built yet, but I was wondering if anyone has found a way to close the exhaust at idle/ start-up on command. I want to do this because I leave for work early in the morning, sometimes 5AM, and don't want to wake up my neighbors. Unlike the Corvette system, the Camaro system is open at start up and idle. It would be great to have a controller that had three settings:

1. Normal operation
2. Always open
3. Always closed (Quiet/ stealth)

I have searched and all of the kits I have found only will allow normal operation or always open. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply. I did look at the exhaust commander, but it appears to work like all of the other controllers out there.

I understamd what youre looking for, but if youre concerned of waking neighbors, I leave early as well and I can tell you its really not that loud. It carries a tone, but its not obnoxious. I never get any complaints as I did with my truck.

It's in quiet mode until you romp on it. Start up and normal driving is not bad at all. Just a nice quiet rumble. Sounds incredible! Good luck...

I was at a shop a few days ago where they were putting in a mild to wild controller that they had on their vette.

Thanks for the replies.
I have driven a 2013 with the NPP on it. It isn't that loud, but my neighbors here me when I start up my Tahoe and Grand Prix, and the Camaro is way louder then either of them. I like that the valve is open at idle, I just wish there was a "Stealth mode" for it. Oh well.

Sunset Orange Creations does not advertise it on their website, but I emailed them and found out that they can sell a wiring harness with their Exhaust Commander that gives it a selectable "always close or always open" function that switches at either the push of the button on their remote or programmable to a Homelink button.

As another option, you can always give these as gift packs to your neighbors along with a picture of your exhaust with "I leave at 5 am for work. These may help" scribbled on the earplug pack.

From what I have researched, the Mild to Wild only has the option of always open exhaust or normal operation. The Camaro is different then the Corvette because at idle and start up the flaps are open on the Camaro until revs hit 1000+/- RPM, then they close, then they reopen over 3500RPM +/-. The Corvettes are always closed until they hit a certain RPM (3000+/-?) If you tell me that this is not accurate, it will make me very happy!

BTW, I just received my clutch reservoir from you guys. Now I just need my car to be built so I can install it!
