'13 Victory Red Vert Paint Correction/cleanup

Hey guys, well since my mom picked up her rig I have been dying to correct the damage from the dealership and factory. So today she was away from home so I drove back 2 hrs from grand rapids and got in the house and went to work so she would have a surprise when she got back. There really wasn't too much damage for the most part, but a few spots needed some attention in particular, not surprised though since the car sat outside for a while. Well here we go, questions are welcomed fellas!

Inspection:

Water spots were a problem on this car as I thought from the beginning

Corrected

Passenger Quarter was bad

Corrected

Wheels need attention, will come later

Hood had some etching and rids as well

Driver door

Unfinished sanding marks on driver door

Corrected

Driver quarter, bad pic, but damage is seen

Driver side done

Obligatory outside shots

Cleaned up nicely and went like a breeze with proper products. Best of all my mom will be home later and she doesnt know I was coming back this weekend and she didnt know I was doing her car. Should be great to see her reaction of her new baby all cleaned up properly now. Thanks for looking everyone!

Thanks man! Well it ended up being a combo of a few things depending on the area I was working on. Heres a broad idea though:

Machines
-Griots garage DA
-Flex rotary

Pads
-Uber foam pads (green/blue)
-lake country foam pads (orange/black)
-meguiars MF cutting pads

Product
-menzerna 4500
-menzerna 2500
-adams fine machine polish
-meguiars D300
-meguiars 105

Took around 3.5 hours from start to finish, got to run around it pretty fast cause it wasn't bad except a few spots.

thank you very much, and she has done so much for me in my life its just the little I could do back for her. She was astonished at how good I could make it look, especially after I showed her the pictures I posted here, she kept saying it looks amazing! and she took me to dinner so that was great .

Good stuff!

Were those swirls present when the car was purchased or were they due to incorrect washing technique?

all from the dealership and factory. Sanding marks were incomplete from the factory and all other washing marks are from the dealership and their improper wash techniques. When it comes to maintaining car finishes most if not all dealerships are inept to proper techniques.

Do you make house calls? Mine could use a good cleaning like that, I think it spent too much time outside at the dealership.
