Rear window defroster question...

Need some feedback from brothers and sisters in the north. Look at the picture below and tell me if you have the same experience when running your rear window defroster. Does the lowest line on the passenger side stay iced over? Comparing to driver side which clears at the lowest line, the lowest line on the passenger side never heats up so doesn't clear leaving the unbalanced view seen in the picture. Had to make 2 trip to dealer to help them understand my concern, but thought I'd ask you folks for feedback in case it's a "feature" that I just need to accept as an annoyance..... If you happen to have pics of what you see, I'd love to see em as evidence in case the dealer still can't get a handle on the issue.

It appears they're all functional except the one going across the CHMSL and the lower right. The rate of defogging though looks a bit slow on that left side too. Not sure if that's fixable under warranty unless you're within the 3/36. And even so, it would be a back glass replacement for the fix I'm betting.

EDIT: it looks like you have window tint. Guaranteed they'll question that if not downright deny your claim if you have one.

Thanks. Was wondering if others saw the same pattern of clearing or not so I'd know if those areas should be clearing completely. A slow rate isnt as bad as complete non-function from my perspective. The window tint was on the new vehicle on the lot before I bought it in December and was part of their deal so I've made it clear they won't be denying me this as a warranty item and they've agreed so far. Had documented this problem earlier as well so their records will show I'm covered.

Anyone else have any input on whether this pattern is normal for these cars?

Radio antenna is the grid at top of windshield I think. Defroster is all the lower grid elements.
