XM has become much better lately. You can actually get through to them, and get responses. They charged me without my permission, and when I called, cut my rate to $7 a month. Works,for me

I spoken to them a few times now, and I've never had any problems at all. And I've never had to pay "full price".

Dear god don't ever try to cancel, they will hound you to the freakin ends of the earth.
I dropped my subs with them and they called 4 times a day everyday and when that didnt work they sent me junk in the mail offering a 6 mnth sub at 24.99 to come back. Finally after almost 2 weeks of this crap i called them and told them to put me on their do not call list. And the calls still kept coming for a few days after that ugh. The service used to be worth it when it was commecial free but now they have just as many commercials as free radio so unless you travel alot i cant see paying for it.

Back in 2010 I bought a 08 Impala from a used car dealer. He told me the typical 6 month free trial of XM. After a year and a half it was still working so I asked my family if they had secretly subscribed me and they said no. Well I bought a 13 Camaro 2LT this month and called XM to change the subscription over. They have no record of me ever... Which means I was getting XM for FREE from the previous owner of the car for over two years!!!
