Exhaust
Hello, was looking to upgrade my exhaust on a 2013 Camaro but did not know which one i should purchase. I want a good deep sounding note but I don't want too much idle since this is my daily driver. Any ideas?

Found these good sounding ones- Magnaflow competition series and borla atak. Not sure if they have any idle or not...

Congrats on your ride!
CORSA & Borla seem to be 2 popular exhausts, I installed the CORSA Sport and I love it! But if I had a "do-over", it would be the Borla ATAK. It's loud, but loud is good!

Muffler delete with resonated x-pipe with 3 inches all the way around for a v6, a regular muffler delete in a v8 sounds great too! no rasp even without the resonated x-pipe!

Get the borla atak, at idle it's not loud but when you hit the gas it sounds like a beast

You may want to consider a touring type of exhaust. They are slightly louder than stock, really just adding a better tone when under harder acceleration. The borla atak is not for everyone myself included because while it sounds great at idle (if you like a genuine muscle car sound) I have heard it has a lot of drone on the highway. If you want drone free Corsa is the way to go... Best of luck OP

Corsa is your answer if you are willing to spend the money. You get what you pay for though. It's made of 304 stainless steel, sounds stock at idle/some throttle, and amazing at WOT!! No drone on the highway too.

I went with the borla s-type because I am getting LT headers put on and it sounds like a beast once it is all there. Good luck. |

2011 Camaro LT1 RS, muffler delete, resonator delete, and stock H pipe delete. Magnaflow resonated X pipe put in place of H pipe and 3in pipe ran to the back of the car with 3 1/2 Inch tips. about 395.00 for the whole setup. This is a catback system rather than an axelback.
