hand held tuner for nitrous

so im done with everything exactly how i want for my nos set up. now its tuning time i was going to take it to a shop and have then dyno tune it but my question is should i have 2 tunes? one for when im spraying and the other for N/A power? i have a good amount of bolt ons can i tune it myself? i have a tune done by starkweather that put me at 286rw/hp but i dont want to take it back and pay another $500 bucks for a nos tune any one doing their own tunes how hard is it
