Anyone have problems with LMPerformance?
So a few weeks ago (June 6 to be exact), I placed an order with LMPerformance for the Street Scene Lower Grill with Ducts. The day after I placed my order I received an email from them saying my order was canelled. A few minutes later, I received another saying disregard the cancellation the order is processing. I received no emails from them until on June 16, when I got one asking my if I received my order or not, I clicked the link for "I have not" and it said to wait 48 hours and if I still havn't received it to contact them. So Friday I give them a call and I receive a message saying to email them through the site automated email because it was after business hours. I do so, and receive no response from them all weekend except for an automated message saying they have a high number of emails and will get to me in a timely fashion. This morning I call (during business hours) and get a recorded message that I should leave them a message and automated email online. Now I'm getting frustrated. I never received any tracking number, even though my order reads as shipped on the status online, and I can't find a real person to talk to. Has anyone who has dealt with LMPerformance had a similar experience? Is this normal for them?

UPDATE: After my fifth phone call there I finally reached a rep at LM. He contacted Street Scenes directly who said it'll ship out tomorrow. Gotta say though, I wish I'd been informed of this.
