Yeah... It happened

Really sucks though! No speed limit sign where I was at and I honestly thought it was 35mph

Of course the cop was a jerk too lol. I was literally in my apartment parking lot when he wrote me my ticket.. COME ON!!! I was in my work uniform and everything lol. So ticked off!!

And at the end he goes "Have a good night and drive safe."
Suuuure to bad I'm already HOME!!

Ugh I know! Yeah, I'm going to court though, I'm gonna try to fight it since there's not speed limit sign where i turned to where I got pulled over and it's not a residential area.

Does the ticket say "41 in a 25 MPH zone"? Ouch! And you live in the area and didn't know that it was a 25 mph zone?

Yeah it does..

Well where the first speed limit sign is at.. It says 35mph.. I'm NEVER up the other way to see the speed limit sign. It's literally less than 1/4 mile of 25 mph

You honestly thought the speed limit was 35 but, were going 41 that the LEO wrote you up for. Good luck fighting that ticket. What are you going to tell the judge? There was no speed limit sign but really thought it was 35 so i kept it down to 41?

Unless the officer doesn't show you will be paying.

6mph over is nothing.. You never do 40 in a 35? I guarantee you rarely do.

He won't show up. I even asked him if I could just pay the ticket and not go to court.
