ECU Data at the track
Ok so i have an intune and i need some one to explain what these numbers are and what they should stay at for the best performance. i know a few like IAT, speed, engine speed, but what about the rest. any help would be great.

Short terms fuel trims are instant fuel corrections applied, long terms are an average of the learned short terms over a period of time.
MAF g/s is the amount of airflow reported to the ecm. Spark is the ignition timing. ECT is coolant temp I would suggest logging KR (knock retard) and replace the control module volts with it. Your spark knock is a key ingredient in tuning for performance and reliability. If you see 3* of KR in a given rpm range, reduce timing by half that amount and try again. Also log o2MV for bank 1 and 2. If you don't have a wideband, use these to dial in fuel at wot. Target 870-890 MV, that will be roughly a safe 12.4-12.8 afr. |
