Any problem with dragging the front when going up driveways or speedbumps?
I have a slight incline driveway and my wifes car scrapes the road at certain
angles which I have since stopped by having her back out instead of driving straight out,so I'm sure you have to be extra careful with this car as well,I only had to watch out for parking stops with my 02 when I lived in Fl.So has anyone had the front drag and if,how much damage was done? |

I got a pretty good incline from the street up onto my driveway but the camaro has no problems with it just go slow. I had to use ramps when I had my BMW though.

Once again, I should make a macro for this post, but here goes:
Get curb ramps. A place near my house makes em, and some place in the states has to as well. http://shercomindustries.com/products/curbramps.html Here's a few pics ofthe ones I installed, took about 2-3 hours and a bit of elbow grease to anchor them to the curb with masonry anchors, but totally worth it. My G5 used to scrape, now it doesn't and niether does my Camaro with the GFX package! ![]()

Yeah I think the big problem was driving straight out because the driveway slope met with a rise in the road, backing out into the street is better, and if you go slow pulling in at an angle there is no problem,I think the Camaro is a little lower than what she drives now so it might be an issue, guess I'll have to wait and see.

Even at an angle my wifes sky has gotten scraped up. Last week a neighbor was getting a new blacktop driveway so I went over and asked how much to fill mine in at the curb. Guy said the boss would be back in a bit. Got done cutting grass and walked out front to find them finishing up with the roller. Guy said they had a little extra so no charge! Did a great job and it's now one less worry for both cars
