I have to say...these guys are great! First, they picked up our order and agreed to honor MSRP when our original dealer went under, and they managed to keep our October order date. They have been wonderful during the entire process and I was really impressed when we finally got to pick up our car this Saturday. They knew without asking that this car was special. No dealer badging, no front license plate mounted, all documentation was kept on the car awaiting our instructions...etc. He even gave us the keys before we even looked at any paperwork...brave man! Ours was the first ordered car to arrive and although they were swamped with people wanting to look and touch..they made sure nobody touched the car.

After all the stories about prices being increased over MSRP by the dealer after an agreed upon price had been established, I was still a little worried that this might happen when we arrived. But all was perfect, he even ensured that we would get a refund for the extra cost of the IOM paint since we were an R6P order. I didn't even care at this point! He was actually shocked at all the stories about dealers performing the old "bait and switch" tactic.

So, it was a long drive, out of our way...but I would do it again in a heartbeat. To anyone in Washington, if you are having a hard time finding an honest dealer, please go see Bill Koenig, at Koenig Chevrolet in Port Angeles...that dealership was top notch!

Being Jen's other half I would not only echo the same, but this dealer is the first since I was able to drive that I have gone out of my way to get the word out. I will be a return customer in the future and dealer's like Koenig are a true great representative for GM.
