ZL1 Pedal Install Questions

I need some more details on how the connector is removed from the stock gas pedal please. As tall as I am, it is difficult for me to get under there and see anything.

I found a white (or grey) clip that I pinched on the connector at the end of the wire harness that plugs in to the stock pedal. After removing this clip (see red arrows) the connector is still difficult to remove from the pedal. Am I supposed to be pulling at the green arrow or the red arrow? I pulled pretty hard here and did not budge. Any other tips? Thanks and much appreciated.

Looks like you should pull the white clip first, then the connector should come free, try it that way. Not sure though.

Its exactly the same style connector as the MAF sensor.

Pull the white clip back, it'll unclick from the black portion. Then, use your thumb to push down on the center small black portion of the connector that the white clip sit in and and the same time pull the connector.

Once you undue it, you'll see just how easy it really is.

Do it exactly like this and it will work. That's how I did it.
