Problems Connecting Phone with Bluetooth

I gang!

I am having difficulty pairing my phone with my 2012 Camaro 1SS. The dealer did it originally and now it has stopped working. I have a Motorola Droid X2.

I know my phone's Bluetooth works because it pairs to many other devices. I am following the procedure to the letter.

I think my car's Bluetooth has failed.

Any advice?
