No radio or door chimes or anything. Help

Ive searched and couldnt find an answer. My inside audible chime, parking sensor, radio and blinker noises have stopped working. I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes and that fixed the problem for a few minutes. It cant be a fuse. Anybody know what it could be? The sound came back after 10 minutes of driving before, but after I shut car off and turned back on, nothing. Thanks for help in advance.

not sure if its a short in system somewhere. Just going to ask this, but have you checked your settings through your radio?

I found this... It was for an Impala but might still apply:
