2011 camaro Problems need help and advice

so Im driving around one day and got a flat tire. I pop the trunk to grab the air compresser and noticed my battery is sitting in about 2 inches of dirty water. the battery was all wet the rear passenger floorboard was also soaked. Im at about 58000kms and warranty for defects are almost up. I immediatly call the dealership make an appointment for service.
I brought the car in on March 22 explained to them and even showed them where the water was and also told them that I keep getting a stabillitrak error while Im driving and theres been a weird rubbing / grinding sound when i make a turn. They then said that they will have to hold the car in for a few days and take a look.

On March 29th I got a call saying the car was ready to go. When I got there I asked was done and what the problem was.
-weather strip was changed because it had a kink in it
- they scanned modules but no error was found ( weird because im the only one that sees it )
- Rubbing / Grinding was thought to be power steering so they topped fluids

When they brought the car around I went to the trunk right away and all the water was still in there!!!!! The rear passenger floor board was all damp still also. I showed the service tech and all he did was wipe some of off and told me to bring it back in the following wednesday April 2nd for a detail. I asked him did they even bother looking inside the trunk or inside the car to see where the problem was or just assume that it was just the weatherstrip. I even asked him if there was mold growing underneath the carpets. He didnt really say much after that just told me to bring back in and they will have it clean and shampooed.

I get home called up GM right away and told them all my concerns with the services that have been done and all the problems I have been having. They pretty much told that they will have to contact the dealership to work things out. and told me that Gm and the dealerships work together to keep the customers happy. They said to do what the service tech suggest and that they will open up a case file and will keep in touch.

Once again Im back at the dealerships April 2nd to get my car deeetailed ( being sarcastic). Repeating my concerns told them that im still hearing rubbing and grinding noises when im steering. I let them have it this time. Im told not to worry the everything will be taken care of that i will be getting a call in a couple days.

April 3rd i get a voicemail saying it was all detailed and ready to go. i get down there have another look at the car and looked nice on the outside but when i looked in the trunk there was still abit of water in there.Looks like rust is starting to form in some areas. So basically he told me again that have to keep the car in again to make sure its done properly.

Im just getting fed up now all this running around wasting my time. Gm is pretty much blowing me off the dealership is telling me to trade it in ( greedy )
Ive only had the car for 2 years what if the leaks or other problem happen again all expences will be coming out of my pocket. I know for a fact that theyre Just waiting for my warranty to run up and slap me with a bill. I dont want to be stuck with a car that is going to have problems like this. Got this car brand spanking new it shouldnt be having these problems ths early. Im paying good money for it too not a cheap car!! All i want is something to be done about this a rebate, or better yet a replacement car would be nice.

Thanks for letting me vent Im sooo effin pissed right now i dont know what to do should i get a lawyer?? Any advice help plz

Do you have a sunroof? If so your drain line has come loose or has a hole in it.
