fbodfather recently said that pricing would be announced "shortly". So is Monday Dec 2nd the pricing announce date? Sure seems likely to me. We'll see!!!!

Isn't the new Mustang being shown soon? Maybe some thunder stealing?

Yes, new Mustang will be revealed on 5Dec. It wouldn't surprise me if the Z/28 pricing is revealed on that date too.

In the hope of trying to fill all this dead air, I offer the ultimate reason why no guy should EVER purchase a car with an automatic transmission. From an ad for the Maserati Indy in 1970; if this doesn't make you want to shift your own gears, I'm not sure what will...

Since the Z/28 is only offered with the manual, I figure there's a (tenuous) connection.

Yeah, but she's got to be in her 60s by now.

True -- but perhaps she has a daughter or two? Sorry to hijack the sounds of silence; we now return you to our regularly scheduled programming...

Who says that being in your '60s has to be a bad thing? Here's a picture of Raquel Welch back in September at age 73, I think she still looks pretty good.
