Question rough idle

I have a 01 v6 auto. 144k miles. Vin checked and it's never been wrecked. I've had the car for about a month and it's started acting very strange. My doors repeatedly lock themselves, it'll start choking out and when it does the volt gauge will drop and lights will dim.

The vibration feels like a miss, but it doesn't throw a code. It will last between 3-10 min mostly after exiting the highway, sometimes on side roads at a stop light. After accelerating it goes away. As for the locks, that has started in the last week or so. First noticed at a friend's house while standing next to the car listening to it relock the doors about 8 times while the key fob was reading on the car and still in my hand. I noticed today while driving they locked themselves 5 times within 2 blocks.

I replaced the bolts on the battery 2 days ago after noticing one was not long enough and loose. That did nothing to help the lock issue but did slow down how often it does it's "miss"at lights. The volt gauge sits just over 13, sometimes around 14+.

I believe the previous owner did something with the cats as I have a code for low cat threshold and when looking at the cat I can see weld marks leading me to believe they possibly gutted and welded the cat. Only other power robbing equipment in the car is hid headlights, led tail lights, and a 1500w amp running 2 12's. Any thoughts?

I also took the throttle body off and cleaned it. Replaced the gasket and cleaned the k&n filler

Did you clean the Maf sensor, and is the intake still stock. If it is one of those oiled filters it could have contaminated the Maf and cause the car to run bad.

Engine is all stock, it's just a v-6 no sense in trying to make it "fast". I checked the maf, changed to with carb spray, light mist not fill on spray. Filter was cleaned, dried, pulled, and sat in the house for about 2hrsletting the oil spiral and excess oil to drip off. idle issues started before the filter and throttle body was cleaned.
