not much.
It's aluminum, so it's lighter than most other cars.

I know that, I was looking at getting one from carbon by design. Their cowl hood looks pretty stock but with a taller cowl but says it ways 26lbs. Sounds heavy compared to stock but I can't find what the stock weighs.

I'm pretty sure the stock hood is much more than 26lbs... I'll put my guess in at 60lbs

heavy? I can hold mine up with 1 hand! Can't do that with my fiberglass hood! I'll go out and try to weigh it now...

EDIT: 25.5 lbs No brackets, no bolts, no washer parts - just the plain hood - with 2 vinyl stripes which can't weigh much at all.

I have weighed two hoods and they were both 22lbs. Thats with no hood pad.

Our first ram air style hoods were weighing 33 lbs. Any aftermarket hood lighter than that will scare the s**t out of you when you pass a semi going in the opposite direction.
