How this company continues staying in business is beyond me! I complained about the extreme aggravation I received when my last subscription was due renewal and today it started all over again.

My status on their web site says it's good until January 2015 which is about right considering a new car and trading two others that had the service in the past year or so. Credit should have been transferred to the new Cruze.

I had over $160 in credits including $50 customer care they GAVE me from the last fiasco and today I got a bill for another $155!!!! Dog gone these people. It took me 32 minutes on the phone and several chat sessions in the last few weeks to get it straight and thought that was done until my conversation with them today! With all of their, "Sir, I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem, I totally understand your frustration!" BS and they really don't give a poop!

I was finally so frustrated, I told them to cancel my subscription, send me checks for the credit I have and take me off their email/and snail mailing lists! I'm through with them. It would be cheaper and certainly less frustrating to get unlimited data on my cell phone and get Pandora or some other radio content.

I have unlimited data, and Pandora. It's a lot less compressed then XM. Once my subscription is over, I am not renewing. Although they can snail mail me, they don't have my email or phone number, so they can't call me.

That's surprising to hear, I've had them for 7 years without any problems on 4 different cars when I either need to switch it to other cars or suspend the service when my camaro goes into hibernation in the garage.

Agreed, OP... I have never in my life experienced dumber moronification than when trying to convey simple concepts to those dolts. I won't bore you with the details, but when you consider the fact that I will again say, "I have never in my life experienced dumber moronification than when trying to convey simple concepts to those dolts," you gotta know that this is how I express my disgust in superlative. Holy Dimbulbs, Batman... they are worthless idiots. Talking to them made me wonder if I was on an episode of some reality prank show... and it was all just a joke that would be revealed, to see how the average Joe deals with contradictory statements, circular "reasoning," and a customer service rep who appears to be dimmer in intellect than the gum he is chewing. The things they say and do are stunning in the magnitude of how f'n dumb they are. I'm estimating the sum total of ALL IQs working for the company at double digits. Not the average IQ: The sum total.

^ u made me laugh hard! omg so true, I've wasted atleast 6 hrs with them to no avail.. I only mail checks usually the 25.00 for 6 months.. so I guess I'm dumber for paying hahaha !
