2010 Camaro Headers.
Im looking into purchasing some headers, not real sure on what to buy. I already have a full exhaust system but its stock headers. I was that bbk is not that bad but never heard of them. Just hoping to get some more opinions.!

I prefer Kooks, but any of these 3 are good. Kooks, Stainless Works or American Racing.

I ended up with American Racing, out of the "quality ones" its the one I found the best price on at the time.

I think any of the big four Kooks, American Racing, Pfadt, and Stainless Works are of good quality. Maryland Speed has probably the best prices on Kooks. I'm going with American Racing as my local shop told me they were having problems with fitment from Pfadt. They're more pricey, but I'm a proponent of you get what you pay for.

According to Apex Chase, Stainless Works will be your best bet. Sorry I forget exactly which post.
Then you have to decide what thickness, 1 3/4, 1 7/8, or 2 inches, then 4 into 1, or Tri-Y (4 into 2 into 1. Apex Chase made a GREAT thread about this that explains eveything really well. Once you get your headers, you need to get your Cut outs. Greatest sound ever, AND 7 RWHP when open

I have Dynatech long tube headers with high flow cats on my 2010 and I'm happy with them. Comparable to the others mentioned above. Good fit and finish!

Stainless works in my book. Good cost, and man they're pretty:

My original research into headers pointed me at Stainless Works / Stainless Power, simply because of the cost factor. Most headers of the same size will perform the same, so in essence you're only paying for the name or the "show" factor (which BTW, you can't really see the headers very well if you have the engine cover on). I ended up buying the Kooks because Maryland Speed hooked me up with a killer package deal for the full exhaust + CAI.

Don't be fooled. There are a LOT more than 4 brands that make good quality headers. A lot more. I can probably name 10 off the top of my head. ARH, Kooks, SW/SP, Granatelli, BBK, JBA, SLP, LG, TSP, Dynatech...that is 10, technically 11 but I counted SW/SP as 1. And there are a bunch that are not the best but still good. Don't fall into the hype thinking that there are only 4 headers on the planet that are worthwhile. Shop around and you'll see. As far as performance, not one company has yet proven that their header makes more power than even the cheapest header. Just sayin...
