Cold Air Intake...

What would be a good cold air intake for my LS Camaro? What exactly do you benefit from Replacing it with a better one? I want to buy one but is it OK to buy a used one or better to get a new one?

New... The cold air induction is the best in my opinion... it allows a larger amount of cool air into the engine which gives it more hp...

Cold Air Inductions or Rotofab, IMO. Benefit is more HP & more of a "growl" up front from that extra air. It is OK to buy used, I did.

I bought my CAI, scoop, and washer relocate used from a fellow C5 member that was demodding their V6 to trade for a V8. Got a great kit in like-new condition and even with shipping I was able to save $$$ over the cost of new. No regrets here.

Just do your homework and ask for pictures so you can see what you are buying. PayPal is an easy way to buy from others to protect both people from problems.

do u have the LFX or the LLT engine? The difference is the that the LFX does not have headers but the LLT does... this is important when modding your intake/ outtake bc the LFX engine releases air faster and more efficiently so intake is important...

Our top sellers are CAI and Roto-Fab. They both receive very positive feed back from our customers, install easily (nice snug fit), and make excellent power and sound!
