Electronic upgrades or new car?
With all the new additions that I have been interested in, such as back up camera mirror, the new color DIC/HUD, the mylink system with nav, and then non-electronics such as the Recaros(which I really want) I am beginning to wonder if it would be easier or cheaper to just trade up to a 14 with all of the above.
I would like to think that the DIYer in myself could find a way to have all of these things in my 2011 though. There are so many great write ups on C5 about how to DIY (and I learn a lot from you guys) and think that accomplishing these goals would bring more satisfaction to me. Don't know. Just needed to rant a little I guess. Seeing all the things that C5er's do to their cars does give me great encouragement though. Chevy just needs to stop upgrading everything until I can catch up |

if you find out how and where to get the colour HUD, let me know. I want to put replace the 2013 HUD with the '14s

Would be nice to get it all in one set up, dash with new HUD, MYLINK Capable, the new designed steering wheel , etc. Just don't know if its compatible or not. I know there are some smart people on here and sure it will get figured out soon |
