Does anyone make lightweight pullies for the LFX?

I know MACE Makes a 20% underdrive pulley, SLP makes a 25% underdrive pulley. Not sure of any other on the market.

What are the gains on a pulley vs. the cost?

That is a very good question, i belive there can be as much as 10hp gain, its minimal. I would be more interested in the harmonic balancer available along with the pullies gain. Does anyone have the balancer?

On the SLP website the harmonic balancer add up to 6 rwhp amd 4 ft lbs of torque for $260. Not too bad, but is it really worth it?

I chose not to run one due to my high wattage stereo system.

On almost every other car I've had aftermarket underdrive pullies are a worthy investment. I know on the SS they have gotten decent gains by installing underdrive pullies.

That being said I have not seen any dyno results for the V6. For some reason people are willing to spend $400 on an intake system that nets 6-10 rwhp at best yet this is an unworthy investment. Take that for what it's worth.

Unless you're staying N/A the underdrive pulleys probably don't make sense. I'm not sure if anyone has tried the MACE LFX cams yet, if you're curious about it. Beyond that, there's always the new LF3 parts that are released now (we have a thread on the FI V6 subforum going).

You know I'm really considering getting this thing and testing it before and after on the dyno..... dont know when but I just might do it.... there are a bunch of threads on this, I've asked, blackout asked about it recently, and I'm sure more people will ask into the future haha.

When you say intake system are you refering to these?

I paid $273 for my INJEN shipped to the door. And at the time it was one of the best listed, producing over 14 RWHP at peak. I would say this was a decent bang for the buck.

Sounds like a good plan. I would have tried this out, but I was advised against it because I have a 1200 watt amp and competition 12" subwoofer.
