Camaro Upgrade question

So I have had my camaro for over 3 and a half years and put 30k miles on it. Only thing I have installed on it was a SLP loud mouth exhaust which was installed the day i bought it at the dealer. They only installed it because I refused to have the decals that was apparently already part of the car package. So since then I have not installed one thing on it performance wise. I am thinking is time to upgrade but I don't want to break the bank. I am on open to professionally installed stuff. I have done your normal bolt on stuff on camaros in the past but I am looking for a little more. a package so to speak. Can anyone help me?

Least expensive - Headers, Intake, and Tune.
More expensive - Cam Package
Most Expensive - Supercharger or Turbo

Honestly you should get headers, intake, and a tune first and build off that.

Aren't headers illegal in most states?

Longtube headers, cold air intake and a custom dyno tune are always the first things I recommend to clients.

I am still torn on what to do. Talking to some shops already, I want a TVS 2300 supercharger now. Just would need to do a payment plan.

dab86 already outlined your options:

Least expensive - Headers, Intake, and Tune. $1.9k
More expensive - Cam Package $2.3k
Most Expensive - Supercharger or Turbo" $6.4k

I added in prices for you. You should just do all of those options in order and you will be fine. Let your budget decide for you, if you are unsure.
