depends on if you have an auto or manual. The manual is the same size as the SS, IIRC, while the auto is smaller.

Actual ring size? No clue, lol.

The rear end size is determined by the ring gear size, lol...

Ford 9' is a 9" ring gear.

Chevy 10 bolt can be had as a 7.5 or 8.5" ring gear. The 10 bolt gets it's name from the number of bolts on the cover.

That'll help explain some of it, lol.

Seems we have a 195mm ring gear, for the auto, I assume. SS, and m6 v6 fellas, get 218mm ring gears. That translates to 7.68 inches for the little fellas, and 8.6 inches for the big guys.

7.6 and 8.6 ring gear. They will handle pretty solid power.

3.27 final gear ratio for V6 M6 and A6 cars (also with V8 A6).

3.45 for V8 M6.

That what you want?

My understanding is that they are the same, including LSD. Only difference being how they bolt up to the driveshaft, and half shaft diameters. That said, I could be completely wrong about that, lol.
