Before reassembly... what gets lock tight during a cam swap?

I figure before I put lock tight where it doesn't belong or miss where it does, I would ask.

Cam plate (I'm not sure of the actual name)?
Timing chain cover?
Oil pump bolts (I took them out but never removed the pump)?
Chain Damper bolts?
Balancer bolt?
Intake?
Head bolts?

etc...

Thanks!

Hmmm.... I think used locktight on the cam retainer and silicone on the rocker stand bolts, but nothing else.

Everything except head bolts, cam bolts, and crank bolt. Those were all ARP style so I used the torque lube instead.

Only RTV I used was 2 dabs of the red where the block/oil pan/timing cover all meet.
