I'd try PDR first. Those guys can really move some metal. If it works, you're only paying $150. If not, I'd hope they wouldn't charge you, but even if they did its not a huge loss.
Definitely worth a shot. Beyond that, I'd estimate $500 minimum in a body shop. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
