ZL1 vs CTS-V

What exactly are the differences in these cars? I realize the ZL1 breathes a little better and thus the extra horsepower. I believe the ZL1 has the latest generation Magnetic Ride Suspension where as the CTS-V doesn't.

But as far as say a 2013 ZL1 vs 2013 CTS-V goes, are there many other differences to performance? Does the CTS-V have as beefy of a rear diff as the ZL1? Does the CTS-V have the trans and oil coolers? I'm assuming the CTS-V doesn't have as good (or any?) down force at speed? No under body aero panels? Brake cooling ducts?

I was just in my buddy's CTS-V and apparently they don't have different PTM modes. Just Touring and Sport..

There are three models of CTS-V so which do you want to compare it to, coupe, sedan, or wagon? Power plants would be the same, but weight would be different.

Coupe, which I believe is ~150 lbs heavier.
