I should be getting my CGM 2SS in a few weeks. My uncle and I have been working on some ideas for a stripe package or unique graphics package to add to the beast. We are currently looking at a carbon fiber design set of rallys that will extend from the "mail slot" and end on the back of the spoiler. (probably nothing over the top due to the sunroof) I am hoping it won't get lost in the gray. I have been looking around the forums for CGMs that have stripes, but so far all I can find is the matte black factory stripes. Does anyone have any pictures or renderings of some other graphic designs or stripe examples for me to help broaden my options? The one with the painted on rallys with the orange pin striping rocks, but I don't have the funds for a custom paint job like that.

I to am getting my CGM 2SS in a couple of weeks. Just got my VIN. I am also looking for ideas on Strip packages. I am considering a little color variation from the CGM color so it looks like a ghost type trip where you see it if you know to look but really not noicable if you are not looking.

buy some full lenght aftermarket ones. and then maybe cut out some flames or something else in them and then lay those down, and where the flames were cut out, your paint shows thru. just an idea.

Go with gloss black metallic (aftermarket) Subtle yet classy. Or SIM. Either way will give you a classy ride.

1st post...

I'd like to see how only 1 stripe down the center the width of the mail slot would look like. Then add hockey sticks...

Check out Autotrimdesigns, they have a charcoal grey metallic that when placed on the CGM is barely noticeable. It is a very slight change of color from the CGM and from some angles you can not tell it is there. I got the nose stripes(spears) and to me they look really good on the CGM.

All good ideas, especially the reverse cut flames. Too nervous about committing to anything without pics though.

Coyote the AutoTrimsDesigns, was a good resource. Still a bit standard, but definitely what I was looking for. Thx!

Frank, the Punisher logo is awesome! That blends in great with the CGM.

Keep those ideas coming. Thanks everybody for posting!

Here's a pic of the CGM with the charcoal grey metallic spear stripes on the hood. You have to look close to see them and I have the same color Camaro logo on the windshield.
