pcv in trunk?

My 1LE came with a pcv kit in the trunk of car,is this something that needs to be installed?

Its the oil separator, supposed to be installed by the dealer.

It's meant for track use/WOT driving as you will have a reverse flow through the fresh air inlet of the PCV system at WOT.

It's quite easy to install if you are somewhat handy.

If anyone has picture of it installed I'm sure I can put it on. Or I'll just have dealership do it. Does it hurt anything to drive until then?

It's only recommended to run it when you are tracking the car. Others run it all the time and you could probably do so as well living in Florida.

Actually the dealer is not suppose to install them, but most do for the customer.
