Advice needed-Need new rotors soon
Where is the best place to get OEM replacement rotors and what's the price?
Is there aftermarket replacements as good as, or better than OEM? If so what, where and $ please. I did try a search but not much found....... |

Amazon.com. Look up the part number on one of the on-line GM parts web sites like gmpartsgiant.com, gmpartsdirect.com, gmpartsclub.com, etc and look it up on amazon. Generally the best price.

I'm glad you started this thread. I found these and was wondering if anyone has any info because I need rotors ASAP.
Fronts: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sk...5S4KF1080.html Rears: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sk...5S4KR1191.html Anybody know if these are good prices for the set, and if they are good rotors? |

I think he got the hyperlinks wrong. Fronts are $327/ea and rears are $99/ea from GM Parts Direct.

I have been looking as well and not finding much. I dont think the front is correct in that link, as the SS has a smaller rotor than the ZL1. The LF rotor pn is 20795300 not 92245929. The RF pn is 20795302. Those numbers came from the GM performance catalog.

I run EBC rotors on my Trailblazer SS and have gone thru a set of pads and the rotors still hardly show any wear. They will be going on my ZL1 when the time comes.

Unless you want to go on the cheap, as noted, the best option is probably OEM rotors from Amazon. They have AC Delco part numbers instead of GM part numbers, but are the same exact thing.
This thread has a lot of discussion on other options/part numbers, etc... www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=282532 There are a small handful of other threads in the Zl1 forum about this as well. |

Try looking at Brakeperformance.com. I have bought rotors from them in the past. Great products at great prices. Check them out.

Looks like the fronts are SS rotors, and the tears are ZL1
