top ten cars that retain their resale value

Guess what makes the list? Thats right, our beloved Camaros. This is definitely a good thing for those looking to upgrade or trade in after awhile. By the way, mustang was not on there

The information in the Camaro description if almost entirely wrong (misleading) in the way they described the car... but I'll take it.

I'm surprised that F-150's didn't make the list. That being said I'm happy to see my Camaro did!

Doesn't it look even better once you realize that the Camaro is the #2 CAR?

(and with that list padded with all those trucks and SUVs it's little wonder that several other enthusiast cars got crowded out, not just the Mustang.)

That's because there are so many of them out there and to sell that many they are deeply discounted right off the bat, that kills resale value. Right now they are advertising them at $10,000 off MSRP...

Doesn't it just blow that loosing half of the value in only five years is considered good? FJs holding 70% is really good.

When I traded in for my Camaro they balked at 14K for my '07 Pontiac. Sticker was 32K in 2008, I paid 25.6K. I had to fight them to get the 14K.

My car was a Solstice GXP with the GMPP tune and it sold off their lot in 4 days. I kept it looking brand new. After their paperwork (didn't need any maintenance, repair, or cleaning) they must have made 12 or 13K off that deal.

I'm surprised the Subaru STi didnt make that list. You're lucky to find one for less than 20k that doesn't have 100k+ miles on it. Good to be on the list though, sucks that the next car I want is on their too though
