2014 ZL1 prices.

I'm looking to buy a 2014 ZL1 this weekend. The car I'm looking at stickers for 59.8. The dealer is wanting 57397 not counting any rebates.

I think this price is about 3k too high especially considering the 2015 models on are on the trains right now. I would take a massive hit on equity as I'm also looking at basically the same car but a 2013 model with 2500 miles. I can get that particular car for 45k.

I've done some digging but I can't really find any good information on how much is actually paid for these cars. Given that most of your are ZL1 owners; what would you pay for this car?

Nav, Sunroof, Microfiber. Car is triple black if that makes any difference.

I paid 3k lower then that but I searched for weeks. I had a dealership with a less equipped Z (nav, Recaros, Carbon) try to give me 58k as "the best they could do" I even showed them the compared price of the one I ended up buying (for 3 k less) they just didn't want to move the car and were in no rush to do so. All depends on the dealer.

I offered them $55200 and they wouldn't take it. I'm not selling my existing car so they couldn't try to pad their profit.

Don't forget there's a 2K cash back offer right now. Also a $750 off if you are USAA member. Then there's the $1k private offer (which can't be combined with any other $750 offer like the USAA member offer). Basically, the max you can get off of the lowest price they can go is $3k lower.

If I were you, I'd figure out cost plus $200. Then call around. Then add on your $3k off for incentives.

All of those will have the 2K incentive supposedly figured in to the price. You could go another 1K off with the private offer.

GET THE 2013. Don't take that depreciation hit if you can live with the old styled rear. Seriously, it's the same car otherwise and you're talking about $12,000.00. It sounds like you're a normal person and are cost-conscious...so why pay new car pricing?

Honestly I'm willing to pay a premium for a new vehicle only because it is a 580HP sports car. Normally it wouldn't be a thought. I'm also buying with the 0% APR special so there is no 2K rebate. I save a lot more money on the interest. I've already got my 'private offer' print out done. I will buy the used one if I can't find a new one with before the 0% interest runs out.

That first car is what I'm looking trying to buy. They say that price is "misquoted" and they are going to have it fixed. I'm leaving on vacation Monday so I'm trying in the ~100 mile radius of Austin.

Whoops that is not the car. It is exactly the same and within 250$ of the listed price of that one though, but the dealership is in Austin.
