This automatic 2013 ZL1 picked up a Roto Fab & Headers from us about a month ago, installing them himself. We scheduled some time for him to bring the car back for a dyno tune, and to add some more boost.

Untuned, with the Roto Fab & Headers, it laid down 484 rwhp & 485 ft/lbs of tq. We swapped over to Lingenfelter's 10 bolt pulley set up with a 2.55" pulley, and Metco's 100mm idler for a bit more belt wrap.

Also added some FIC 1000cc injectors as we knew we'd be outdoing the stockers!

Finished up at 566 rwhp & 548 ft/lbs of tq. It definitely could have stepped down to the next pulley (2.38") but the owner was happy with where it's at. After the boost and especially the tuning, this car feels a LOT peppier now!

Can you pm me how much it would cost to change the upper and injectors? Just the labor.

Nice gains! 1 7/8" or 2" headers? Cats or no cats?
