Have you found the issue for your cel p0691 ? Mine as starting throwing the same code last week . I check all the electrical connection , relay and ground and everything seem ok . I wonder if itīs the fan itself . I hesitate to get the car to the the dealer since it had been cammed & pullied . Any info would be appreciated . Thanks

On my C6 the connector going to the fan controller melted internally. I got rid of the connector as it is a known issue and just hard wired it. Disconnect your fans and look inside the connector. You couldn't tell mine was messed up until you looked inside the plug and saw melted stuff.

It could still be the fan itself. I would see what dealers are mod friendly. In theory your fan should be covered. Although some tuners try to run the fan too much and at too high a % causing fan and/or connector failure. I'm not sure if it's the same as the C6, but on a C6 we don't run the fans over 90% or they burn up.
