I hope this wasn't anyone on here. (Yes another crash story)

I would be scarred for life if this was me in my camaro! Poor people who got their lives taken yesterday here in phoenix. Just over a dine-n-dash tab!!

Sad when something like that happens. Yes he was speeding and careless, but the point here is 2 people were killed. Two families are grieving. Luckily not everyone who owns a camaro is on this forum so that lessens the chance of the being on here.
I don't understand why the cops let him go all the police chases I see on tv involve a dozen or more police cars.

I remember meeting someone I was in highschool with at a gas station. The next day on the news that same truck color make and trim was on the news all mangled up and rolled up like a soda can. The driver died he was in the same profession as my buddy. Scared the day lights out of me I got on Facebook just to see if he was all right luckily it wasn't him.

Call me a jerk, but it's unfortunate it ended with an innocent life in the victim's car.

The two in the Camaro should've went by themselves.

They LEO backed off because it generally shows that the driver trying to get away slows down, they also had a chopper so there was no chance of loosing him in the end. Unfortunately the driver didnt in this case. Each department has different regulations about chases now a days, but in general if they have a chopper they will be told to back off by the superior officer. This would be a bigger story if cops had decided to continue, and the loss of life could have been greater

Obviously inappropriate, but that girl that was driving is going to have two lives on her conscience if she comes out of this. Cannot imagine living with that.

It wasn't him who was driving it was the female in the car. They skipped out on a bill (probably because the woman stomped out on him) then she and him got into the camaro and sped off. The employees called in the license plate and told officers they were arguing. When police caught up to them the female got scared and tried to outrun the police. Police said they didn't pursue because the plate was already captured and would catch up to them later and had the helicopter follow. If you live in Phoenix you would obviously know that the police DID still pursue. Either way the female was in the wrong. Nobody knows if the male tried to talk her out of it or even try to take control. I suspect he tried something and they ended up swerving into oncoming traffic ending their night and the 31yr old victim in the Lincoln town car.

From what I'm told they skipped out on the bill because the girl left him at the table and he left after her. I'm sure he would've paid if he was paying attention to what he was doing.

Ya so they let off of the speeding car and let the chopper take watch for a while. I'm sure that helicopter can box that camaro in and the flashing lights from it will warn traffic ahead that there are emergency vehicles approaching from their rear view mirror?

LBreezie he's not talking about the black Camaro and the female driver, CruisingSpeed's story reads that he was reminiscing about a friend and his friend's truck.

Maybe something went wrong in the relationship and she just freaked out and left the restaurant totally Mad and the guy just follow her, a high performance car is the worst place you can be when you are mad... 3 years ago when my best friend realize his girlfriend was cheating on he... the first thing he did was to take a "ride" in his dad`s Carrera S, at that point I just had a bicycle... thank to god a cop stop him in the second corner.... before he could reach any important street, maybe she just got a horrible news and she just loose her mind... the point is.. we don't know what really happened, and at the end the Judge and good are the ones what are going to make the real call
