I recall reading that the auto ECU needs to be flashed to a manual ECU. Hopefully someone that has done this will chime in. There are several on the board that have gone manual to TH400...there must be someone that did an A6 to TH400.

There's ALOT of them with the swap and a few are daily drivers. My th400 will go in next month and I drive 30k miles a year in mine. Overdrives are overrated.

It's alive

Well looked on Web long enough I finally got the car started I had to jump the can bus wires 10-14 and 11-13 then ground neutral switch wires 2-3 all in transmission plug I still need to download tune out of car then put back in I was told that will delete transmission from tune as of right now it runs and drives and I have speedometer but all traction control lights are on I will see after the download if everything works so far so good.

Performance, performance, performance. Only thing I regret putting a TH400 in mine is I wish I had done it sooner
