2012 camaro 2ss/rs
I have a question on my Camaro l99. Does the throttle plate open up all the way at full throttle? Or does it open up 3/4 the way open tell you hit 60mph then goes to full

I think i read something about when you are at a stand still and you push the gas peddle all the way to the floor the throttle body will not open all the way until you are over 60 mph. Something to do with helping the car keep traction
