Do we have to have our license plates on the front and back of the car?

I really dont like them in the front (especially on the camaro)

Yeah you do. If you search you can find options to put on a front plate without drilling holes. Also, its my understanding that it is up for a vote with the legislation to do away with the front plate requirement but no word on it passing yet.

Looks like Texas is the only state between Arizona and the entire Southeast coast that still requires a front plate.

They're required in Utah, but I'm on my eighth year and second vehicle without running a front plate. I'm not about to put one on my Camaro when it shows up.

I notice about 10% if not more of the cars here (UT) don't have a front plate. I feel pretty safe playing the odds against getting busted with those numbers.

I believe that in Nevada you don't need one if there isn't any bracket installed. If there is a bracket I believe you need a plate.

SUCKS doesn't it?? It is looks far worse on a 4th gen 1993-1997. I had to install one here when I came to Virginia.

Mine's not getting a front plate!! Look around at the cars on the road today....... there are TONS of them that don't have front plates.

I personally know someone that has never had a front plate on their cars in 15 years & never has he gotten a ticket.

Hopefully we'll know about the plate law changing in Sept. Then none of us will have to worry.
