Rotofab Washerbottle issue

Anyone have this issue and found a resolution or have any tips?

I have the rotofab WB and during the summer/spring months, it will not spray. When it's cold like today (37), it works. I'm assuming the heat outside and engine bay is creating air in the hoses or bottle because when I unplug the hoses and let it flow out and re plug it, it works and then stops after a few minutes driving.

This has only been an issue since I upgraded.

Any suggestions? Change hoses? Reroute?

I would just make sure you don't have a pinched line around the intake of the inner fender and maybe when it's warm it is collapsing the line all the way. I had one like that on my 12 ss, then on my 13 zl1 I went with the rotofab "plan b" that goes back by the master cylinder.

Thanks for the tip. I'll check out the hoses this weekend

Make sure there's no high spots in the tubing run and it's all down hill so any air is automatically purged into bottle
