OK,
So this question is aimed at those with Recaro seats in their car. I was looking at the build a camaro page on chevy website (chevrolet.ca to be precise) and was looking into details about the Recaros as I plan on placing an order on a 2015 2SS 1LE with Recaros and it stated that it was a manual reclining back for both driver and passenger.

I was watching a review on the 14 1LE that Saabkyle04 on youtube a few days, and noticed as I looked at the seats that the recaros in that car seemed to have automatic reclining back adjustments. (link here http://youtu.be/zkYRCLNQ7vo?t=1m18s) Curious if they were automatic reclining seats before and changed, or if GMs description of the seats is wrong and it is automatic?

SS and ZL1 have power seats including reclining. The Z/28 seats are manual adjusting.

Doesn't it depend on if its a 1SS or 2SS if the seats are power or not?

From a seat standpoint I thought the difference on 1SS vs 2SS is cloth vs leather.

I will say that they are probably the most comfortable automobile seats I've ever sat in. I am very happy that my car has them, and if anything ever happened to it, I would want another one with Recaros. For once, my bad back is happy to sit down in a car.

Yeah, my assumption was that they were power too, but GM Canada's description for it threw me off when they said Manual reclining driver seat and Manual reclining Passenger seat. I believe it is powered. Thanks for the input guys!

Came across this straight from the Chevy site:
RECARO is synonymous with performance seating, and those developed for the Z/28 feature aggressive bolsters for high-performance driving, as well as cutouts inspired by the five-point harnesses found in race cars. To save weight, the seats incorporate manual adjustment. They are trimmed in black leather with microfiber inserts. Heated seats are an option in the 6-way powered seats only. “ZL1” and “SS” logos are optional for the 6-way power seats only. Compatible on 2011 and later Camaro coupe models only.

Z/28 has driver and passenger powered recline. Everything else is manual.
