Of the guys here running the BTR stage 3 cam what mods are you running and what mpg to you get usually?

It's going to depend on who tunes it. I tuned my own car and I get the same mileage as before. But your typical dyno tune at WOT, without paying attention to what's going on at part throttle and cruise, is going to lose fuel economy. That will be the case with any bigger cam aftermarket cam. The LS9 cam, being a GM design, would be the exception.

Well I'm getting the BTR 3 cam in the next 30 days, so I'll post up my results when the install is completed. Right now I'm getting 18.8 mpg with headers, x pipe ported throttle body and tune

18.8 MPG is impressive with an aggressive cam and mods for this car. Congrats! Those numbers match stock.
I just checked my in car information read-put and I'm seeing 13.3, which is city stop light to stop light.
